How can I place an order?

You can easily order through our webshop. Choose the artwork or product you want, add it to your shopping cart, and complete the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron & Cartes Bancaires.

Can I pay later?

Unfortunately, we don't offer post-payment. If you have any specific questions about this, please send us a message at info@hollandheritage.nl

Is iDeal supported?

Yes, iDeal is our most used payment method.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation. Please also check your spam folder.

2. Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days .

Will my artwork be shipped insured?

Yes. All artworks are shipped fully insured.

Do you ship internationally?

Standard shipping only to the Netherlands and Belgium. If you have any special requests, please send us a message at info@hollandheritage.nl.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with all major postal providers. For some jobs, one of our employees may be available to deliver by appointment.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return it within 14 days . The artwork must be returned in its original condition.

How do I report a return?

Send a message to info@hollandheritage.nl with your order number and name.

What are the costs for returns?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Artworks must be shipped insured.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Can I return artworks?

Yes, artworks can be returned within the statutory cooling-off period.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours , send photos, and we will arrange a solution immediately.

Please note: if we are aware of any damage, we will always indicate this in the product information.

4. Product information

How do I maintain a bronze statue?

  • Clean once or twice a year with a soft cloth. You can use water and mild soap.
  • if desired, rub with acid-free wax
  • do not scrub or use aggressive cleaners

Are the materials suitable for outdoor use?

Bronze sculptures are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Any steel bases will develop a natural patina over time. Other materials are not suitable for outdoor use.

Are the dimensions exact?

All dimensions are indicative and may vary slightly due to manual measuring methods or sculptural variations.

Are the photos true to color?

Yes, all photos are professionally taken. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Are all artworks original?

Yes, we only sell original works of art.

Can I come and view an image in real life first?

Visits by appointment are always possible. For some projects, we can also meet at your home.
